Privacy

Responses and history use browser local storage. Clearing this site's browser data can erase them. MoodCheck has no analytics, accounts, trackers, or form submissions.

When online, it may request its own version.json file to check for an app update. No questionnaire answers are included in that request.

These questionnaires are screening and symptom-monitoring tools. MoodCheck does not diagnose a condition, replace a clinician, or provide emergency monitoring.

PHQ-9: Kroenke, Spitzer & Williams (2001). GAD-7: Spitzer, Kroenke, Williams & Löwe (2006). These questionnaires are available without copyright restriction.

Dual-answer scoring is a MoodCheck convenience, not part of the standard questionnaires. When two answers are selected, MoodCheck reports a minimum-to-maximum score range.
